Michał Kosiński is a member of the Scientific Committee of HumanTech Summit 2026, the English-language human-centered AI conference in Warsaw (3–5 December 2026, Central House of Technology).
Michał Kosiński is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He studies human and artificial cognition, including psychological processes in large language models and how digital footprints predict human behaviour. He holds a PhD in psychology from the University of Cambridge, where he was Deputy Director of the Psychometrics Centre.
