I teach how to build lasting relationships—with oneself and within a team—because they are the foundation of true success and fulfillment in what we do.  

● As a psychologist by education (SWPS University), I understand human behavior and the patterns that drive it. I use this knowledge to help others discover their potential and build authentic relationships.  
● My international experience in the USA and volunteer work in India taught me how cultural diversity enriches communication and opens new perspectives. Today, I help others see the value in differences and build bridges of understanding.  
● My coaching approach (Yale Science of Well-Being, Neurolanguage Coaching) focuses on growth through dialogue and understanding. I guide people from ideas to realization, ensuring their well-being throughout the process of change.  
● As an immigrant and volunteer, I have experienced the importance of adapting to new conditions. Today, I use this knowledge to help others turn challenges into opportunities for growth.  
● At the TROP School for Trainers, I am discovering the power of working with strengths, agency, and a "here and now" approach.  
● On the tennis court, I prioritize development and relationships over competition, as this is the key to long-term success.
