Keynote: How to Measure What We Cannot See
Tara S. Behrend is an industrial-organizational psychologist who studies workplace technology, including electronic surveillance, human–AI collaboration and the ethics of digital work. She was a professor at Purdue University at the time of her 2022 talk and is now the John Richard Butler II Endowed Professor at Michigan State University, where she directs the WAVE Lab. She has served as president of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
